Yesterday was my Kids' Fun Club class. Zoey and I both look forward to this class each month! I decided to do some back-to-school projects this month. Here is the first one:
I first cut out the apple with the Circle Framelits. The bottom of the apple was shaped with the heart in the Chalk Talk Framelits. A circl punch made the dip in the top of the apple. A little snipping and a little sanding rounded out the edges. The stem is a 1/4" strip of Chocolate Chip card stock, and the leaf is the wing from the Bird Builder Punch. A little bit of chalk marker adds a highlight. Chocolate Chip and Wild Wasabi (embossed with the Alphabet Press embossing folder) circles create the background. The whole thing is attached to a bamboo skewer with glue dots.
The baby food jar is wrapped with Flashback Designer Series Paper, tied with Whisper White 1/4" Cotton Ribbon, and filled with Peanut Butter M&M's. Yum!
The girls were excited to have something to take to their new teachers.
Come back tomorrow to see our other two projects!
Happy stamping, everyone!
Annette
